FEATURES

RECALLY The function allows you to immediately recall the last settings selected in the
previous cooking.
PAUSA Useful function that allows you to divert attention from your cooking, interrupting and
restoring the set modes instantly.
SYSTEM Proper ventilation is essential for optimum operation of induction plans. The
system Foster automatically adjusts the ventilation degree according to the temperature
come on.
SECURITY All electrical floors Foster are equipped with the most modern and sophisticated safety guards:
Centralized shutdown; Safety lock; Residual heat indicators. The models
induction are also characterized by the following functions: Safety System that turns off the floor
in the lack of pots; Overflow detector, which automatically turns off the plate in case of
liquid transcimation; Automatic deactivation, to prevent accidents caused by
forgetfulness.
ZONA BRIDGE The Bridge function allows to associate two areas forming a single extended cooking area,
available for large pots or for more contemporary cooking, with maximum
flexibility in positioning. Thanks to the Dual Booster, the exceptional power of 3700 W can
be concentrated on the single plate or made available evenly on the surface
extended.
POWER CONTROL FUNCTION The PowerControl function allows you to use induction technology freely even in
3 kW standard utilities. In fact, the user can easily change the maximum level
plan absorption, from a minimum of 2.8 kW to the “non-limited” solution. Once defined
the maximum power, we can forget about the absorption, as the induction plan
Foster will think to warn us of any limits, leaving us the choice to restart the power
as we wish. At any time the plan can be easily reprogrammed
to change or remove the power limit.
CHEF COOK A real chef function: the plan automatically sets power levels to scale
in the various cooking areas, which are automatically activated in contact with the pan. In this
way you can cook at different levels of power without adjusting them from time to time
turn, simply moving the pan between the various areas with preset temperature.
