Sealed double crown burners for accurate temperature control with two separate lines supplying gas to the upper and lower crowns:
- melt function (0.1 kW) to melt chocolate without using the bain-marie
- simmer function (0.2 kW) for slow cooking to prevent food from burning
- ultrarapid function (5.3 kW) for faster cooking
Pre-moulded steel burner tray
Use pots with a minimum diameter of 12 cm
Flame detection with automatic re-ignition system for maximum safety
Transitional look black glass backlit control panel and black and satin steel knobs
