Nikola Tesla One is Elica's first induction cooker, equipped with the most advanced technology and unique design, featuring robust lines and high quality materials, combining the functions of two appliances in a single product.In addition to the advantages of fast cooking and easy cleaning that are typical of induction cookers, Elica has also added some special technologies, such as the double bridge function (in the ONE HP version), which allows two adjacent zones to work together in a combined way cooking evenly in a pot. Important dimensions.The suction system located in the central zone achieves a high level of performance in terms of smoke collection, silence and energy efficiency (level A +). Thanks to direct communication with the stove, it can receive information from the cooking zone and automatically calibrate the ideal suction power, allowing the operator to concentrate solely on preparing food while optimising consumption.There are two types of upper filter, the filtering type and the suction type, which can be used in any space, and are equipped with a series of accessories to meet any installation requirement. In the filter type, a new generation of high-performance ceramic odour filters can be used on the side. The top of the stove is convenient for cleaning and maintenance. The grease filter maintenance grille and the filter itself are characterised by a unique design with attention to detail.
The ONE HP (High Performance) version of the Nikola Tesla contains additional functions for the cooking area.
