Hob with integrated scale. With the Nikola Tesla Libra, thanks to the always-integrated scale, it is easier and quicker to follow the steps in each recipe. In fact, while cooking, ingredients can be added repeatedly at any temperature level and weighed directly into the pot. Features:
Zero weight: you can weigh the pot and its contents by gradually zeroing it to add more ingredients and know the final total weight.
Tare function: you can weigh one ingredient at a time and start weighing from zero each time a new ingredient is added.
Hold function: keeps the selected weight in memory.
Possibility to choose the unit of measurement
Nikola Tesla Libra's interface is very intuitive to use, with a direct slider to control the cooking and vacuum functions.
The scale has a dedicated user interface that can be used even when the product is fully closed. Simply place a pan on it to activate the weighing function.
