The hood, thanks to its flat shape, is very simple to clean. In addition, Aplomb has been designed to offer easy and secure maintenance: once the panel is opened, the inside of the hood is accessible directly without impediments and fat filters can be paraded in a few moments.
The interaction is also intuitive and simplified thanks to the new product interface, equipped with the postponed shutdown function that allows users to program the automatic shutdown of the selected speed after a predetermined time.
