NikolaTesla Unplugged is controlled by knobs, with an analog touch, to access functions quickly and intuitively. All elements are integrated into a strong character aesthetic, designed to intelligently separate the cooking area from the control area. An elegant shock-resistant bulkhead protects the control area from any possible contact with the pots and unpleasant liquid spills.
The grips with strong characteristics give Nikolatesla Unplugged professional character, robustness and quality. Their perfect grip texture is extremely stable, while the magnetic release of the aesthetic cover makes maintenance operations easy and accurate. Linearity and ease of cleaning of the stove are also guaranteed by the central glass door, able to hide the intake area and activate it only when necessary.
NikolaTesla Unplugged has three automatic cooking functions: Dissolving, thanks to which it is no longer necessary to mix the dishes to avoid that the bottom of the pot burns in case of delicate preparations, Heater, which guarantees the right level of heat for cooking like creams or sauces and that helps to keep warm the dishes already ready, and Simmering, which prevents the outflow of water during boiling for more lively preparations.
