Artisan Steam Function
It allows you to cook as healthy and light as you've always wanted, keeping the vitamins, minerals and flavours of your favourite foods intact.
Select the pure steam function and place ingredients in the steamer container. The steam cooks the food gently and evenly at a temperature below 100 °C.
Thanks to the five pre-set assisted steam functions, the oven combines convection cooking and steaming. Once the desired function has been selected, the oven automatically sets the correct temperature and the amount of steam required for cooking.Professional bakery
