    The Gastronorm GN 340 231 Pirofila It is the definitive accessory for those who demand results from chefs. Made in Die-cast aluminum high-thickness, it guarantees impeccable heat distribution and an exceptional durability, thanks to the new eco-sustainable non-stick coating pfas.

    Modular and functional design:

    • 2-in-1 system: The pyrophyla has a total height of 165 mm, but the upper and lower part can be separated.
    • Casserole: The deep base (100 mm) is perfect for stews, braised and long cooking.
    • Pan: The cover / upper part (65 mm) can be used independently to brown and fry.

    Compatibility and installation:

    To obtain maximum performance with roast function, the pan is used in combination with the following accessories (to be ordered separately):

    • For traditional ovens: Extraction system BA 016 106 or BA 018 106.
    • For ovens combined with steam: Adapter GN 010 330 and extraction system BA 010 301.

    Note: This accessory transforms the oven into a dynamic cooking tool, facilitating the passage from browning to the floor (if compatible) to slow cooking in the oven.
