Intuitive command cap
Perfect control guaranteed by the combination of the classic knob and a sensitive surface with high resolution LED display. All features can be activated simply, comfortably and intuitively by turning the knob and touching the central touch surface.
Automatic closing valve
Inserting the vacuum cleaner opens and closes automatically. Closed, the integrated sensor system prevents objects from being trapped. In "off" mode the elegant system is completely closed.

Its futuristic formal language meets the highest requirements in terms of materials and technology. The leading elements of the design are represented by the vacuum cleaner and minimalist stainless steel handpiece ring with the front glass and the light white LED display.
Minimum noise level.
Always very quiet, even at high levels of power: The reason is the optimum air flow and the use of an extremely quiet fan. There is no distraction while cooking and conversations remain undisturbed.
Easy cleaning
The parts exposed to cooking vapors can be easily removed through the wide entrance opening easily accessible. They are washed in the dishwasher, with a very small footprint.
Integrated fat collection tank
If something goes wrong during cooking, the integrated tray safely captures both solid and liquid.
Fat filter in authentic stainless steel
The stainless steel grease filter compared to other materials often used in filters such as e.g. aluminum, is suitable for washing in the dishwasher and maintains its original appearance (it does not yellow) and its stability.
Modular system
The suction system can be freely combined with a maximum of eight different cooking levels ranging from the induction “FULL” to the gas and Teppanyaki plate. There are also multiple combinations with e.g. three cookers and two aspirators.
Automatic vacuum control
The extraction is independently regulated according to the cooking process of the moment. Continuity: manual intervention is eliminated. Full concentration remains on cooking.
Super Simple Mode
All operational functions, except for the selection of the cooking area and the power level, are disabled. The result is a remarkably compact look. Moreover, no additional function is accidentally activated that the customer does not use.
