Performance and power, but with a fixed eye on energy saving: from the ECO and SHABBAT modes to very low consumption to the combi-steam system that reduces time and cooking temperatures obtaining inexclusible results, from the clearly superior performance of the brass burners to the availability of fully electric kitchens.
