COTTURAL PROGRAMME
Ventilated roofing The combination of ventilation and circular resistance allows to cook together different types
of dishes without mixing smells and flavors.
Ventilated cooking + Grill The action of cooking for convection combined with that of the grill allows fast cooking and
deep necessary for large volume foods.
Cooking Steam 100° C The virtues of steam for healthy and nutritious cooking. Suitable for all delicate dishes
(green, fish,...) and for all cottures at low temperature (sous saw or vasocotture).
Refreshment Vapore 130° C A special program to regenerate your dishes using steam to return the
correct humidity, combined with hot air between 70° and 130°C.

It is used for cooking and for defrosting food. Guarantees fast cooking and
efficate, without changing the color or shape of the food. You can select three options:
ELEVATA - for cooking cotolettes, steaks and small meat pieces;
MEDIA - to heat frozen / cold foods and cook fish fillets and grated vegetables;
BASSA - to cook large meat pieces (arrosti, whole chickens), yeast dough
(meat and meat), lasagna, etc.
